this list only includes tablets above 10,000 rupees . This does not really fall into the category of cheap, but if your budget is less than this, buying a large phone is the better option( Redmi 9A is a very good option in this sale), as tablets below this price will hang as hell and is pretty much unusable. So let’s dive right into the list.
1.Samsung Tab A7 lite
This is the cheapest Tablet that can be used without waiting for a minute to open google meet. however, don’t expect to do any sort of heavy lifting like gaming, as this will fail miserably. What this is best at though is Attending online classes, browsing the web, etc. it has a metal body that is quite good for the money, and better audio than most of the similarly priced tablets, making it good for media consumption.
the MediaTek p22T is not the fastest processor, but the best in this range. It runs on Android 11(most run on pie)with One UI on top. one UI is quite optimized for the tablet, and offers pretty good performance. Overall this laptop is very good for light use . and the base entry for a usable tablet.

2.Realme Pad
Realme’s debut in the tablet market is not bad. it packs a powerful(comparing to other tablets in the range) processor along with 4GB Ram and 64 GB from just under 20,000. the tablet looks and feels premium giving off an iPad vibe here and there. with the overall performance much better than the Lenovo tablets which dominated this price range, this is sure to be a hit. it is perfect for online classes and mild gaming. with the 7000 mah battery, it is sure that the battery won’t be a concern.
Pros
- Expandable up to 1 TB
- Good Camera
- Android 11
- MediaTek G80

3.Samsung Galaxy Tab S6 Lite
If the Samsung tab s6 lite misses one thing, it is the low-end processor. even the Realme pad has a better processor than the Samsung midrange offering. what it does not lack is the display, an optimized UI, premium build quality, and dual speakers with Dolby Atmos support. for note-taking and online classes, you can choose this over any other tablet without thinking. With the S pen included, it would cost about 15,000 less than the Apple iPad mini.
Pros
- Expandable Storage up to 1TB
- Dolby Atmos
- S Pen inbox
- metallic body
Cons
- Android 10
- Poor Front Camera
- low performance
?
2019 Apple iPad mini with A12 Bionic chip is around the same price (30K). if you need a good processor and cannot afford s7FE, this is a good option.

4.Samsung Galaxy Tab S7 FE
The s7 FE is a smaller version of the s7 +, it has a mid-range processor and camera system, it does take a few points away but overall it is still a good choice. if you already bought into the Apple ecosystem, consider buying the iPad series as it is almost as good as this, but has a faster processer, better integration, and
a familiar interface. Spen is included and the performance is good, even with the mid-range processor, but for gaming, ipads are better. choose this if you are going for entertainment, or use the Spen. (Xiaomi pad 5 pro is a beast in this range but not available yet)
Pros
- 778G processor
- 12-inch display

5.Samsung Galaxy Tab S7+
Being an android fanboy, this would have been my easy suggestion for a premium tab – if not for the m1. other than that, this most premium tablet from Samsung delivers on everything. it comes with a Spen in-box and support for 45W fast charging. What’s more, it comes with a WQHD AMOLED 120Hz panel that is absolutely stunning. paired with a 10,090 mAh battery and quad speakers tuned by AKG, this is the absolute Binge monster. the Snapdragon 865 along with one UI ensures none of the apps you throw at it ever hangs.
the difference between this and the m1 mac is that this is a tab with a mobile processor, while the latter is a tab with laptop-level performance. those who need performance choose iPad pro and those who need entertainment can use the s7+. and to fully utilize the real estate, Samsung dex mode can be used(provides a desktop-style UI).
Pros
- sound by AKG and Dolby Atmos
- AMOLED Display
- S Pen included.
- snapdragon 865
Cons
- 15W charger(45W supported)
- no extra tips on Spen
Samsung Galaxy Tab S7 FE
- 12.4-inch HD+ Super AMOLED 120 Hz Display
- Resolution 2800 x 1752 (WQXGA+ )Pixels
- Qualcomm SDM865 Pro, Octa-Core processor And Dedicated Graphics

- 10,090 mAh Battery, 45W
- Android 10
- 13 MP+ 5MP Rear Camera, 8 MP Front Camera
- Connectivity Type Bluetooth, Wi-Fi
6.Apple iPad Pro
The most powerful tab and that too by a huge margin is the Ipad pro-2021. it comes with the M1 processor, which is used in all of the new mac books and has proven its worth. in fact, it is so powerful that I have included the lack of mac os as a negative. but even with ios, the tablet delivers excellent performance whether it be gaming or video editing. it can be even used as a desktop replacement for many after attaching a keyboard and a mouse.
for anyone looking for a long-term powerful tablet, as a laptop replacement, this is the one to go for. it also comes with dual rear cameras and a front camera with centre stage support. The cameras are pretty impressive and match the performance of s7 +.
however, one thing lacking from the iPad Pro is the AMOLED display, even though mini led is doing a pretty good job, it still cannot rival AMOLED displays. still, media consumption is good with very good speakers. faster charging, and a mac os. the tablet is so powerful that it can run mac better than most MacBooks, but apple apparently did not want to kill its MacBook air. apple set the base storage as 128 GB and provide up to 2TB(price increases absurdly for even 256), but it is better to stick with 128 if you are not storing a tonne of videos.
Pros
- Beast processor M1
- unparalleled performance
- longer updates
- good cameras
- good speakers
Cons
- base 128 GB storage
- pencil not included
- No AMOLED panel
- No MACOS
- accessories are expensive
Apple iPad Pro
- 11-Inch HD+ Liquid Retina XDR Display
- Apple M1 8-core CPU chip with 8-core GPU and Neural Engine
- 128GB
- Wi-Fi, Thunderbolt
- IOS 14
- 12MP Camera
- 5G
