Ultrabooks and 2in1 laptops are lightweight, have moderately powerful processors, excellent build quality, and remarkable battery life. For anyone not into gaming, hardcore video editing, or 3-d rendering, Ultrabooks provide amazing performance and ease of use, and touch laptops also provide more opportunities for artists, teachers, etc.
Best Thin and lite laptops for Engineering Students
The Acer TravelMate may not be the fastest or the best in terms of Build quality, But if you are on a budget below 40K and need the best specs possible, this is the laptop to go with. The laptop comes with the latest i3 11th-gen processor, has hybrid storage and is thin. if you cannot afford a ryzen 5 or i5 processor, this might be the best for you.
Lenovo IdeaPad

Ideapad 3
The Ideapad series is famous for its affordable price and very good Build quality. The cheapest laptop to Give a ryzen 5 5th gen processor along with Good build quality. it only gives a TN panel, which is a downside. But considering the performance improvement, this is the best thin and light laptop below 50K

That Being said, the only reason to consider the aspire over the HP pavilion next on the list is the higher Storage and Thunderbolt. i5 11th gen is enough for most of the usual tasks, But don’t expect to get above 7 Hr battery life or mind-numbing performance from this laptop.

Although we don’t get the same level of looks and Build quality of Laptops such as the MI Book pro and Ultra, This laptop provides better performance and thermals -thanks to the Ryzen 5 5th gen processor. This one would be ideal if You need more performance than looks, and cannot afford the ThinkPad or Modern 15s with a slightly higher price tag

Thinkpad E14/15
Thinkpads are the most premium offerings of Lenovo. These ultrabooks are built with insane quality and provide the best endurance in any price range. The E series Provides a similar experience. Built to endure the most, whilst also providing Good performance with the 5600u processor. The display is a Huge downside though. at this price range, no other laptop ships with a TN panel. it provides lower colour accuracy, bad viewing angles, etc.
Consider this laptop only if you need it. if you are anyone who binges a lot, this laptop is not for you. Go with the MI book with a 3K display and 100% colour accuracy, or even lower models with a still better display. But if you need a solid device and maximum security, you would make no mistake choosing the Thinkpad.
Lenovo ThinkPad E14

MI NoteBook Ultra/Pro
To put it simply, both the MI Book Ultra(pro) and Realme Book Look like clones of the Macbook. But this is Good, as, after years of the same design with huge bezels, mediocre display, and plastic Body, The MI Book comes with an all-aluminium build, large trackpad, excellent display, clicky keyboards, and ample ports. this laptop provides the best aesthetics user-friendliness and screams of premium. though not of Mackbook level, both Realme book and Redmi book Had better keyboards than even HP envy ( costing around 95K) and felt more premium.
The processor is actually better than even some versions of the Ryzen 5th gen. it is Not the regular i5 1135G7 used in ultrabooks, But rather a 11300H gaming processor. Even with the configured 25W processor, MI has done a good job in the case of thermals. For anyone looking for a premium design, or entertainment as the main purpose, no other option fits more than the MI Book
The MI Book Ultra is 15 inches with a 3K display while the MI Book pro is a 14-inch display with a 2.5K display. you won’t notice any difference between these laptops in terms of resolution, as both are more than enough, so choose the one that fits your style.
Mi Notebook Pro 2021

Specifications
- Intel Core i5-11300H 11th Gen
- 4 cores 8 Threads
- 8GB/512GB SSD
- Intel Iris Xe Graphics
- 15.6 inch IPS 3.2K resolution
- 1.7Kg
If you need a laptop with the same Build quality, fit and finish and premiums as the MI Book ultra, But on a smaller footprint, we got you covered. The MI Book pro has almost the same specifications, but with a smaller 14-inch display. But its QHD+ 300 nits panel would be as good as the one in the Ultra variant.
MSI Modern 15
MSI modern 15 is one of the fastest ultrabooks in the segment, thanks to the Ryzen 7 5700u 8 core processor. The laptop also has good quality, But the keyboard feels a bit membrane-like, and still comes with a smaller trackpad. Even gaming laptops give larger trackpads these days. and it does not feel good to the touch either. so Consider only if you need the 8-core processor, But also a thin and light one, not a gaming Laptop.
